Your mission as a multi-talent includes the engineering or further development of existing and future 3X3 components and products.
Your responsibilities:
- Calculation, design and engineering of mechanical components and assemblies for bicycle gear drives
- Qualification of assemblies with regard to their feasibility
- Tolerance chain calculation / analysis
- Creating 3D models / drawings in CAD
- Creation of design documents (including parts lists, prototype and production documents)
- Co-operation with our technical departments, quality assurance, purchasing and sales
- Preparation of technical documents for cost calculation and assessment of tool and parts price quotations in cooperation with the purchasing department
- Support and assistance during internal assembly and commissioning
- Product-specific support during the sales phase
- Constant monitoring of the required specification and quality of the product
Your profile
- Successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Ideally experience in the field of gear technology
- Optional professional experience in the field of product development / design
- CAD knowledge in common CAD programmes such as Solid Works, Siemens NX, Inventor
- High sense of responsibility, cost and quality awareness
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
- Open and cooperative interaction with colleagues, business partners, suppliers and customers
- Assertiveness, commitment, desire to take on responsibility and develop together in a team
- You also have an affinity for sports and love biking as much as we do
