Your Tasks

• As a setter (m/f/d), you will be responsible for setting up and equipping semi-automatic and fully automatic production systems.
• You will create and optimise NC programs (in the Siemens and Fanuc control systems) and machining strategies, taking economic efficiency into account when selecting tools.
• You will carry out all set-up work (tools, cutting tools).
• You focus on quality: you monitor the processes and make a significant contribution to product quality, you check the manufactured workpieces using standard measuring and testing materials.
• You will work on exciting projects together with our development department and contribute your ideas and manufacturing expertise
• Training production personnel and aligning orders with the appropriate tools round off your area of responsibility

Your Profile

• Completed technical training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or similar professional field
• Experience as an operator or setter of production machines in small series production or single part production
• Willingness to work shifts
• Good written and spoken German language skills
• A goal-oriented, structured and independent way of working
• You show commitment, initiative and a sense of responsibility

CNC-Operator (m/f/d)

For our company, H+B Hightech GmbH, which is active in the field of machining technology using innovative production technologies, state-of-the-art working methods and a special corporate culture, we are looking for CNC Turners/ Long Turners/ CNC Millers or Machine Operators

Your tasks

• setting up and operating machining centres
• Operation and set-up of fully interlinked production systems with the processes of turning, broaching, induction hardening, tempering, hard turning, high-pressure deburring and packaging
• Carrying out measurement and testing tasks during series production and their calibration tasks
• Monitoring of the entire manufacturing process from the raw part to the finished part
• Investigate and rectify malfunctions in systems / machines
• Maintenance and servicing in-house

Your profile

• Completed vocational training (cutting machine operator, lathes, milling cutters, etc.) or several years of professional experience
• Resilience and assertiveness in the manufacturing environment
• Experience in programming Fanuc/Siemens 840 would be great
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Willingness to work in 3-shift operation
